ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Daily/ Weekly

  1. To handle Sales Quotation, Sales invoices and Suppliers Invoices
  2. To prepare Daily Collection Report(PCS) and Job Tracking Report
  3. To prepare Release Order (RO) to warehouse for delivery of goods after verification of payment
  4. To prepare Weekly Sales, Bank, Cash Flow & Purchase Report
  5. Prepare and submit all statutory reports such as GST return, quarterly reports and annual report 
  6. To liaise with local authorities for tax related issues or any other issues
  7. Handle and manage daily office finance and administration work

Monthly

  1. To prepare monthly Management Accounts for HQ which include Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
  2. To prepare payroll report for salary, allowances, commission, expenses claims, deductions and submission of CPF, Levy, work permit and etc.
  3. Prepare and submit all statutory reports such as GST return, quarterly reports and annual report 

AD-HOC

  1. To assist and handle documentations for import of products into Singapore
  2. To assist in Sales Activities whenever required
  3. To liaise with local authorities for tax related issues or any other issues

Requirements:

  • A level / Diploma in Finance or Accounting with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in handle full set of account.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting software.
  • Competent in others MS Office applications.
  • Meticulous and strong organizational skills.
  • Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and ability to communication in English.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

INDOOR SALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team in documentation and correspondence
  • Managing and monitoring walk in customers sales activities
  • Handling of customers enquiry and sales co-ordination
  • Assist in prepare sales reports, quotation and administration functions when required
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship, ensuring customer retention and delivering high quality service and to promote image and products of the company.
  • Assisting in sales enquiries & customer service.
  • Assisting in customer database management
  • Carrying out general sales activities duties
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision

Requirements:

  • O level / A level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant indoor sales experience.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Competent in others MS Office applications
  • Meticulous and strong organizational skills
  • Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and ability to communication in English
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
